Hi Kate,

It seems the formatting in your word document has gone a bit awol. I would recommend using page breaks instead of section breaks. Section breaks can cause havoc with the page numbers.

There is advice about formatting your word document if you click the MS Word document icon in the manuscript step of the book creator as well as some hints and tips on formatting and typesetting on this page.
In your case I think the page numbers go up to 46, then to 5 and then to 55 so you’re missing 10 pages.
