CN Central: Why does the photo change size on cover creator?

Help! Creating my cover, and uploaded a photo successfully which initially fit beautifully on the front cover. As soon as I navigated away from the front cover however, on return the photo seemed to have been blown up to massive proportions so that one corner of sky now covers the whole cover. The same happened on the back, initially it fitted in perfectly, then it seemed to zoom the photo out, and i can’t find any tool to format it back in. When I go back and try and do it again, in the “images from stock” the photo is perfectly proportioned on that page, but it happens again as soon as I try to make it the background. What can I do to get it back to the right proportions?
