I received this question:
“I’m struggling to change my pdf document page size to fit your requirements of 146 × 222 with 23mm margins. Can you help please? I read somewhere that you can do it for me manually but everytime I upload it, it comes back saying its not acceptable because its too big!”
Basically, it’s very difficult to manipulate PDF page size without distorting the document. The best solution is to ensure that the page size in Word is correct (instructions on that here) and then, if it is too big for our automatic converter (more than 20MB) you can save it as a PDF yourself and upload. It is important that you follow the steps detailed here when saving the document as a PDF.
