My PDF file is ready to upload, but when I click on the ‘Browse and select file’ button, nothing happens. Am I missing something obvious? The button isn’t greyed out, so I can’t understand why it isn’t responding.

Not sure what is happening here – we haven’t been able to recreate the problem our end. Could you let me know which internet browser you are using?
It’s worth logging out, closing down your browser and then trying again if you haven’t done that already as sometimes there can be rogue windows that aren’t visible and this is where the ‘browse and select’ window opens.

It’s worse now! After Select a printer…Save and continue, I get your ‘Whoops!’ page. This was using Firefox as my browser. I closed everything down and switched to Internet Explorer, with the same result. I’ll keep trying.

Hi Anna,
It’s me again! I’ve got the ‘Browse and select’ button back, but it’s still not responding. There is a new window below it (‘Start upload & conversion’); when I click on it, it starts trying to upload something, even though I haven’t told it what to upload! I hope you can help me here, as it’s doing my head in!
