Publishing Hub: I am still waiting for a resolution to my problem with getting old editions off the list.

    I am still waiting to receive an answer to my question about taking off the first edition from the “read this online” section of the publishing page. I was advised that any new editions should automatically cancel out the old ones, but this did not happen. I have spent money buying a second proof copy and received the original copy instead of the updated version. I have since updated it again, but still keep seeing the first edition every time I try to read the new one online. Why does no-one from Completely Novel seem to be able to reply to my subsequent email about this, or answer my questions on this page satisfactorily as to why this seems to be still happening?
    Any help would be gratefully received.

      Hi Christine,
      Please accept our apologies that this has happened. We’ve identified a fault in our system which affected a few books. We are fixing this and will replace any orders for which you did not receive the correct version of your book free of charge. We’ll let you know via email as soon as the books are on their way to you.
